Socratis Ploussas Managing Partner in IPMC Partners, an international business acceleration company and director and major shareholder in NEOVENT a capital raise company in London. He is active in the fields of Food and Beverage, technology, Energy and Cleantech and Pharma. He is also founding Vice-president in Hellenic Start-up Association and member or Hellenic Business Angels Network.
He has been working in the commercial departments of Greek multinationals – Hellenic Bottling Company (Coca Cola licensee for 26 countries) and Fourlis group (master franchisee of IKEA and Intersport and sole distributor of SAMSUNG).
For the last years, he is introducing companies from SE Europe that need expansion capital to NYC Investment banks that invest in emerging markets.
His bachelors’ degree is from DEREE in business and his MBA in International business from HENLEY management school, where along with other Alumni academics, he initiated HENLEY Emerging Markets and International Business Forum.
