Victor Soto Vice-President of JADE (European Confederation of Junior Enterprises)
Victor is an executive member for JADE responsible of the external relations with over 2 year of experience in the Junior Enterprise Network. In 2012 he was selected from over 15,000 young people in the UK by the Virgin Media Pioneers programme of the Virgin Media Group to gain his entrepreneurship qualifications and has been involved in youth entrepreneurship by judging start-up competitions for shell-livewire.org and westfocus.org.uk.
In 2011, Victor started his duties as business development consultant for his Junior Enterprise, where he worked for a year on the development of the company, strategic partnerships and client acquisition. In 2012, he became Managing Director of his Junior Enterprise and managed numerous projects helping start-ups and SME’s business growth.
Additionally, Victor also became International manager in charge of the development of Junior Initiatives in the UK, during which the organization achieved an active international status within the JADE Network from the established partnerships with some of the most successful junior enterprises from France, Poland and Spain.
Victor holds a BA (Hons) in Business- Marketing management degree from the University of Westminster (London, UK)
