Pavlos Stampoulidis Pavlos Stampoulidis is cofounder and Psychometric Solutions Director in Psycholate and Board Member of the Hellenic Startup Association. He studied Psychology at the University of Crete. He worked at SHL Greece for nine years as R & D Manager. He is currently combining the talents of his colleagues and his own in computer programming, statistics, psychometrics and research methodology to serve corporate clients in four continents. He is co-creator of the Moral DNA business ethics test. His current interests are item response theory, computational psychometrics, business ethics and the startup culture.
