Alex is the Founder and Director of Causarma (a social enterprise agency that works with organisations to develop their enterprise strategy), Co-founder and Director of the Young Brits Network (a social enterprise focused on prompting the views and interests of young entrepreneurs from Britain internationally), he is the current UK President of the G20 Young Entrepreneurs Alliance (a global network of young entrepreneurs and the organisations that support them) and he is the UK representative on the European Confederation of Young Entrepreneurs (the major association of young entrepreneurs throughout Europe).
Alex is also Co-founder and Director of Kit Us Out, a charity setup during the London 2012 Olympic & Paralympic Games with a focus on providing key sports equipment to Paralympic athletes from developing nations.
Additional roles Alex currently holds is a Leadership Mentor for the Commonwealth Secretariats Asian Alliance for Young Entrepreneurs (creating a platform for entrepreneurs from Commonwealth countries in Asia to share best practice and develop trade ties), a Member for the Institute of Directors London Committee (the IoDs largest region with the committee representing over 6,000 business leaders in the capital) and he is a member of the Advisory Board for Tasksquad by Vinspired (the UKs national youth volunteering charity).
Prior to setting up on his own, Alex held senior roles at the Institute of Directors (Europe’s largest professional body for company directors) the Confederation of British Industry (Europe’s leading independent employers’ organisation) and the Association of MBAs (the international impartial authority on postgraduate business education).
